Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Room cleaning was amazing. Fresh sheets towels and everything safe. Front desk very helpful. Enjoyed greatly.

It was cheap.

I liked having AC

The staff acted like the WiFi password was a national secret. I was asked to handover my phone so they could enter it in. The WiFi only works in the upstairs lounge area. The power is off during the day and the WiFi sucks, but that’s everywhere in El Nido.

Food was not good and over priced service did not exist all the staff were not happy the owners need to think about fixing their business because soon they will have no more guests would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Relaxed resort with beautiful views of sunsets

Complimentary breakfast for days where tours were booked with them. Good vibe throughout resort with music playing. Good location right on the beach for great views of sunsets.

Had to query bills a few times due to inaccuracies.

The cottage is in front of the beach so if you are looking for a place to relax a few steps from the beach this is your place

The wifi just works in the restaurant but not in the cottages.

Amazing location. The best sunset i have ever seen and the beach water was so clean and warm. The restaurant served very good food and had amazing feeling to it

Cute little hut.

Cute little hut. Right on the beach to watch the sunset or just to chill with a book in the afternoon. Restaurant on site with a large variety of food. If you are looking for a quiet place, take note that this is also a beach bar place, so the music is until 10pm, but great to drink a cocktail there with friends!

We booked the breakfast online, it was quite expensive and it's was a complete different menu. One advise: buy breakfast on site if you need it (cheaper and bigger varierty)!

It is right in the beachfront and in the perfect location to...

It is right in the beachfront and in the perfect location to watch the sunset, the cottage was comfortable and spacious with a modern bathroom. The restaurant served nice food and was inexpensive. There was no power cuts, however, we were informed they had a generator. The resort can book boat trips A, B & C.

The shower was hot but there was almost no water pressure. They do not accept credit and debit card payments. Booking.com stated fishing was available here but this was not offered at the resort and we were not given advice on who/where we could find a fishing trip.

Best sunset lodge

Great views in front of the property! Beautiful sunset every evening! good location to get island hopping tours and all the restaurants(though very touristy by the neighbor street)!

the shower water is very small volume and the bed is norrow and too soft. The room is not spacious and with no chairs. Staff is nice but slowly responding

Triple booked?

We chose the other place in town proper, it was by the beach, the staff organized a tricycle ride there and also paid for our breakfasts. We think that the other place would be actually cheaper but didn't want to spoil our trip with conflicts at the end so we made the best out of it :)

We had 1 night in standard room through Agoda and then 3 nights in deluxe through Booking. When we arrived they told us they have a triple booking for the deluxe room and that we could choose staying in the standard (not a very nice way to finish our trip), getting a refund or staying in another place in town proper. I understand not being able to keep up with bookings when the internet doesn't work in El Nido, but maybe consider getting someone out of town to check things regularly?

Amazing sunset and the happy hour.

Amazing sunset and the happy hour. My boyfriend enjoyed it so much.

First of all the water. It's unfiltered and it has this yellowish color. Second the staff. The front desk is amazingly helpful but the restaurant staff are a bit off. You ask them something they just look at you like they didn't understand anything you said. Then you ask them again they will just scratch their head then go and ask the manager. Not of all of them are like this though. Third the rooms. Our room are pretty clean. Not as clean as a hotel you would expect of the same value. No tv or any appliances inside. And the breakfast,we booked our rooms with breakfast and the menu they gave to us for breakfast are 4 different types of egg plate. And that's it. Luckily when we booked our island hopping they offered breakfast as well with a different type of menu. They also change towels on the second day and bedsheets on the third day. They do not offer complimentry water which is something that I've always experience in other hotels.
